Dr. Dirk Maier

Dr. Maier is Professor and Head of the Department of Grain Science and Industry at Kansas State University where he is responsible for leading the department’s teaching, research and outreach programs. He serves as the Director of K-State’s International Grains Program which aims to educate foreign business leaders, industry professionals and government officials about U.S. grains and oilseeds through technical training and assistance programs in storage, handling, milling, marketing and processing.
